I built this into a 5E3 kit, and it only takes slight mods of the board (and the addition of a choke). Sounds really cool. Should you choose to build one, take it down to your local music store and pit it against the Fender Tweed Deluxe reissue. But do so at your own risk--they may forever banish you from the store.
I tried about 8 speakers with this, before settling on the Weber Signature 12 ceramic.

So it uses the Bandmaster/Super/Bassman/etc. PT instead of the normal Tweed Deluxe one?

RF, what are your PT and OT values? I don't use BBQBoy trannys. Looks pretty interesting!

Hmm, I might have noted the wrong transformers on there. I used the Weber 5E3 kit as a base, which lists the PT as W025130. Thats 340-0-340 @ 150 mA. The kit lists the OT as 041318, which is what I used, I think. I got the choke from tubedepot.com, as I recall--the small one for tweeds. You could use a PT with lower HT, if you wanted to run lower plate voltages.
The OT is 6600 ohm pri and 8 ohm secondary.
I'm away from home now and don't have access to my files. I have a good gut shot I can send y'all or post. It's not that elegant, since lots of stuff is crammed into that small tweed chassis. I think if I built another one I might use a regular chassis.
I can't check the amp for the particular parts anymore cuz I sold it to a guy who heard it and just couldn't live without it. I did like it a lot, so I may end up making one to keep--though I can't seem to actually keep any amps. Y'all know what I mean--people hear them, play them, gotta have them.

What does it sound like ? A 5e3 on steroids? Is there any additional headroom over a stock 5e3?
