I finally got my Liverpool amp in cabinet and I also picked up a new Les Paul!
I built the cabinet for the cost of an 10inx8ft piece of Pine and some Tremclad burgandy furniture paint ($5). Got the faceplates for $34 from Indcom graphics.
With the money I saved i picked up a 2014 Les Paul Futura. This guitar sounds just magical through my amp. I brought home about 15 different guitars before I settled on this one. Both the p90 style pickup and the humbucker sound amazing through the amp . This is a thick bodied les paul, 2inches, but compared to the huge accordion I used strap around my shoulders back in the day it is a feather LOL.
Some pics below.
Cheers!

Nice job guy. That is a pretty cool setup. A Les Paul with P-90's is probably my favorite guitar ever... I am getting down to needing just one more guitar.
