Is that a push pull transformer or single ended? In theory and practice you can use it for a single ended build either way, but there are some things you need to consider using a PP tranny for SE builds.

Off the top of my head I don't see any reason you couldn't make up something cool. 25 watts is pretty healthy so if you can find a tube compliment that you like that will match up to the 7K you could really make some noise...

Its a single ended 7K primary rated 20-25 watts but it was part of an oops batch that had a center tap wire that they never connected or cut out of it. I used it is a HO build for about a year before taking it out replacing with a musicalpowersupply ot10se that made the amp sound better. Im still not happy with my HO and might consider converting into something like this amp might be the way to go.
