These should help.
Remember all tubes are in for this. You may have slightly different values but thats OK.

What is the range on the trimmer? Is the max voltage -26V?

Trimmer is a 25k, checks 0/24K.

Bias min/max is now -24.5v/-33.0v

Talking out loud here and hopefully making some sense. I'm learning to fly here aswell :lol:
The V2 plate voltage looks quite high to me by ~30v. Based on two voltage sets I've seen. Ron and Phil_S
The V3 plates look marginally low based on the same data. It would seem logical if the plates were either all higher or all lower but not a mixture if the cct does not differ.

If what I'm saying makes sense, maybe check the B+ voltages at the plate resistors. Almost looks as though B3 & B4 are reversed. The obvious place would be under the board with the jumpers.
