G10 from McMaster ($15 - 12"x12"). Cut on my table saw with a non-ferrous blade (Freud), cuts like butta' and makes a baby-butt smooth cut. No sanding required. I've been meaning to email Ken Watts about this, seeing that he takes the time to sand each board.
Print out a sheet of graph paper from here: http://www.printfreegraphpaper.com/ I set the grid 1/4".
Mark the layout on the template. Cut and tape the template to the board. Use a center punch to mark the holes. Remove template, Drill.
I use the double turrets. I use my center punch in the chuck of the drill press to swage the turrets. Then I have a big bolt fastened to the drill press table, and a hole drilled in the center to accept the turret while swaging. Works great!
What are you doing for boards?
