Just ordered 40 feet of mogami cable! this will be one long cable, will be able to walk to the sound board and do my own sound.
Plus a friend just came me a couple old EI 12ax7's and a couple Jan Philips 12ax7wa's. can't wait to give these a spin.

Don't expect miracles with just the long cord! That said it will probably take several different tweaks to all add up to a nice balance of tone. Happy times ahead you will find the balance.

Well good news on the amp. I changed my pre amp tubes and all that bad high end went away. I couldn't believe that one tube could do this. I just love this amp!
