Re: Calling UR12
I measured and scored it (3 or 4 times) on both sides with an exacto knife and then snapped it in two. I then cleaned up the edge with a sanding block. To cut the offset in the power supply board I used a dremmel with a cutting disc.

Nope not yet. I have been putting off sending samples to a manufacturer to see if they can make them. the original manufacturer has turned me down and siad that they had no interest. I was hoping to find a stockpile somewhere but I have pretty much given up and should probably just go ahead and send the samples off. I'll keep ya postedFunkalicousgroove wrote:thanks! any luck on more of those terminals?

FWIW Keystone will make them, I think they have a $500 Minnimum, I'd be willing to split it with you if your other place is not a player.

Actuallly that its a good question. I have been making it by hand.

Unfortunatly after 7 months of contacting every manufacturer on the planet We can't find one manufacturer that can make the stuff out of phenolic. I have continued to make the stuff hopeing that we would eventually find a manufacturer that could do it. I have now all but given up and will probably stop selling the stuff I make. It's just taking up too much of my time that I would like to use building amps.

OK< I was really hoping your response would be different. I can't blame you one bit. It's probably knocking out a little piece of grey matter to methodically drill each hole. And for what? So you can fill 'em back up with more tedious stuff, right? I'm gonna hit the Ham Dude's Flea Market and a few of my treasured surplus joints around here before I buy any blank sheets of Garolite[Gargoylite]. Thanx for the response and step away from the drill pressUR12 wrote:Noel

Re: Calling UR12
Yes, I think I have tried them all. Every supplier first told me they could make it ("no Problem") and then a month or so they call back and say "bad news we cant........."
