Heyboer AC30 OT Wiring?

Post by nickt »

Anyone have specs on the Heyboer HTS-5619-1 AC30 OT VC?

I don't have a wiring diagram and want to use it for my Rocket.

It's a Woden teardown, so it should be a nice tranny.

I use one of their Albion ones in my trimmed-down Top Boost (Rocket-style) build and it's fantastic.

I was just about to look up the colour codes for mine and then I realised that I'd had mine tweaked to include 4/8/16ohm taps, so the wiring colours may have changed rather than just adding the extra colour.

Mine are yellow/red/yellow for the primary and then secondary is black/grey/green/blue for common/4/8/16.

I'd shoot Phil an email to get the standard wiring colours for the Woden first before you use mine as a basis and, if you do, verify them yourself by putting 9Vac or something on the primary side and then measuring the secondaries to confirm the turns ratios.
