More Liverpool tone...

Post by Plague »

I learned how to take audio from my Sony PCM-D50 field recorder and slap it onto the video for a pretty cool result.

This footage is from our show on Thursday.

Liverpool Clone
2006 and 2007 59 Historic Les Paul's
SD Antiquity pups wound at 7.1 and 8.1
Marshall 1960AV v30 4/12

Area 51 Fuzz (neck pup and fuzz on "No Time")
Area 51 Wah
Carbon Copy delay

Sounds good!

Also the new HQ setting on YouTube helps a lot as far as fidelity. :D

yeah, the HQ is great. The files were 330megs and took an hour to upload and process each. Totally worth the trouble!

How are you syncing the audio to the video?

I like the tone :) Nice to see someone who isn't afraid of feedback and dirty rock sounds.

Sounds great, would really be a treat to get some friends to run a couple cameras for nice close shots.

I have been playing in bands with two and three guitars sometimes and would be so refreshing to get back to a power trio again.

Rock on.

wow that HQ button really does make a difference.

I like your voice on the HQ version a lot, but to me it sounded like you couldn't sing in the lower quality version.. guess fidelity really makes a difference lol.

Enjoy that tone it's not as gainy as I'd expect for a wreck though?

I have my antiquity humbuckers wound at a really low output.
