I've searched a bit and can't seem to find info on this... for LP/EX/Rocket
...when using Switchcraft output jacks, do they need to be insulated from the chassis?
...if yes, is there a part number for the insulating washers?

Re: Express output jacks
If you check the layouts in the file section, it is on there.
All jacks are chassis grounded.
If you choose to isolate them and run grounds you can get the isolating washers from here.

Re: Express output jacks
As Pete said, the Trainwrecks use shorting Switchcraft 12A jacks.
(Apparently Ken used the same part as the input jack, but it's not wired to use the shorting function on the output Jacks)
They are NOT insulated from the chassis intentionally as this is how the ground between the 2 jacks is conducted. You could insulate them and wire a ground wire to the second jack.... but I think that this part of the grounding scheme the Ken devised- all the jacks an pots use the chassis as a ground.

Da Nada....
Re: Express output jacks
However, the layouts show the lugs are jumpered together on the output jacks on the liverpool layout and that is not correct. I had to clip my wire after I figured that out looking at other layouts. Then I added the jumper back on the input jack that I had cut since I was told I do need them tied together there.
