TW heater/filament wiring

I noticed a consistent oddity in the pics of Francesca and the two clear Liverpool shots. KF alternated the wires. It's hard to tell with the Liverpools and the one with black heater wires doesn't alternate between V2 and V3, however the others do. It's easiest to see in the Express because there are so many close ups.

Any idea what this buys you?

The only other amp I've seen with a clear concept for heaters, are the Riveras, and Paul keeps it close, so there's no point in asking.

Jay, I've tried both. No real difference. I usually don't get any hum in my wreck builds.

It's so deliberate on his part. There must be something to it.

Funny I mistakenly wired V1 heaters correctly and later decided to change to Fran wiring which was my original intention, to me there was more noise so I switched it back and the noise cleared, ..... although I suppose it could have been the number of twists or a small change in the wire location or routing that caused the difference
