these ratio tests easily become a little inaccurate. It could be that the load resistor reads a little to high, for instance

I'm not too sure to be honest.Mark wrote: ↑Sun Aug 11, 2024 11:44 pmI’m wondering what the test is that is showing the primary impedance to be 6.7K?Vince- wrote: ↑Fri Jul 26, 2024 10:06 pm So I contacted Pacific about the OT..
They were advertised as 7.5k
Red Series as well as USA Series.
They are relling me that the spec sheets had typos and they were 6.6k all along. someone inquired recently and they corrected the spec sheet to say 6.6k
Eventually I'll get the chance to test mine and I'll come back and confirm..
Here is a pic they sent me showing 6.7k
I'm sure one of you has had a chance to measure some at.one point or another.id be interested to hear if this info is wrong. If not I'm happy to have found out ..
I’m only aware of a ratio test.

Looks like they need to update that page. This one says the Red Series are "...assembled in our international manufacturing facilities..."pdf64 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2024 11:37 pmI just noticed the site states 'built in California' https://pacificaudiomagnetics.com/pages/about-us
