Why no Baxandall in a TW?

as far as I'm concerned the original baxandall is indeed active, since there is a negative feedback loop being fed into FET circuitry...

I think the Jim Kelley amps had that type of tone stack, 6V6's and were designed for power amp distortion only.
Great amps. Wouldn't it be worth a try in an TW?

Dr. Z's Route 66 uses the James tonestack.
