Has anyone tried this configuration? Will it work with an Express?

One G12H30 with a V30 or two G12H's would be preferable for myself.

Thanks Clyde,

I picked one of these cabs up at a good price without auditioning it. It sounds very "dull", as in no top end! I will open to check if driveres are out of phase. Although it is wired as a 16 ohm cab. Is it still possible it could be out of phase?

I read on the forum that v30"s are generally "ice picky". This cab sounds the opposite

If drivers are in phase, I will sell one V30 and install G12H30 or a ALBION (Wharfdale) G1280-VSR, which is what I was comparing this cab to. The ALBION single 12 (open back) sounds louder and much more "bell like" or "sparkly" than the 2x12 closed back.

FWIW, the G1280 VSR is a great sounding speaker, IMO!!!

Try the Fender section, that might get better results.
