Guys,

Just pickup Liverpool clone with a pacific PT and an unknown OT.

The only markings was a white sticker with the following :
40 17244
166-0909

Can anyone help ?

Looks like it's an Ensign Coil unit. Perhaps a pull from a different piece of equipment re purposed for the new amp. I do it all the time with organ iron.

166-0909 is Magnetic Components with a date code of 0909

The transformers that are 40-18xxx are ClassicTone models

40-16xxx and 40-17xxx are custom transformers ... some are sold by AES
