Apart from the layout itself it's all quite standard. Let's see: Footswitchable fast/slow modes (with some voicing tweaks in fast mode for lead work), power scaling (London power SB1), dual bias adjustment, fuses for B+, heaters and relay power suply (I'm using the 5vac rectifier tube heater supply for that) and three very small rc filters before and after rectification for cleaning up diode switching noise. :) I mean that most of the changes are there to reduce hiss and hum or to improve reliability and not to change the voice of the amp, with the exception of the changes in couple of cap values...
