I installed this in my clone and it works really good. Switchable coupling cap so you can have both Ingrid as Fransesca at the flick of a switch. Lovely.

I wanted it switchable because both circuits have their charms and uses.. Ingrid being a bit fuller sounding but also a bit more breaking up. Francesca being stock as you know it.
Resistor keeps a load on the cap but prevents any signal from entering the v2 grid. Unless you bypass it offcourse, then the cap will be in parallel with the 2n2 cap on the board. I just run wires from the switch to the anode v1 and grid v2. I installed the switch on the back so there is no need routing the wires all the way to the board.
Don't go too high on the resistor. I tried it with 4.4M and I got a bit of a pop again... 2m2 works fine.. 1M should work fine too. However.. without this resistor you get a huge pop.
