I'm an Englishman living in France. Been playing guitar for 35 years. I'm very keen on getting a Liverpool, although it'll certainly be from Ceriatone - I don't mind doing little mods to my gear, but I have no illusions about my capacity to build a tube amp from scratch...

Welcome Captin ! Good luck with the Pool. I dont know if youve seen the post about the 2 that are for sale on E-bay, I dont know maybe you would rather have the real thing. . . I see that your not just in France your "Down in France" I always wondered if it was true, you know, the Green peter, and the other stuff too.

I hesitated between a $35,000 TW and a $762 (with shipping) Ceriatone. I figured that I'll never be good enough to warrant the $34,238 difference
I bit the bullet and ordered the Ceriatone. Now I have to wait...
