I'm wanting to build a trainwreck and would love to hear some diferent opinions on both the express and the liverpool, diference in tone, volume. Anything that makes one diferent form the other and what are the similarities.

I just recently went thru the same dilemna that you are and if you take the time to just go back thru the threads on this site you will find a ton of info regarding each amp individually, but also comparison threads. It's really worth your time to read them all as they will provide you a wealth of data for you to consider.
