I dug into my stash, and plugged a few into the Wreck. These things are real quiet compared to my Sylvania's; which had a bit of hum to them. They're sounding pretty good.
I didn't need to swap in 10 to find a good one for V1 either.

These jj tubes are rated high gain and low noise better then any I have used or read reviews about.

I have a bunch. Somehow I got away from them. 'Good thing I save all' my tubes. I have Sovteks from the early/mid 90's. They stink, and I'll probably never use them again, but I have them. I even have some WXT's.

The problem with these is they tend to go micro-phonic rather quickly..
I like these in the PI spot the most..
