Yeah I'm Super Jazzed! His artistic skill with the burner is amazing!

I think we are going to offer a batch of 15-20 faceplates.
I'd like to get a feeler going to see how many of each type we should drill.
express, liverpool, rocket

They take a bit over an hour each for two guys to build from scratch.

To cover his time doing the artwork I'd like to ask $45 each plus shipping.

PM if interested along with zip code, model, personal email address so I can send you a proof of the image and an idea of picture you want. Also include the chassis it's going on so I can get the proper hole spacing.

Thank you.

That's an extremely fair price. Laser engraving faceplates costed about that much.

I'm trying to keep the cost as low as possible. I've pulled favors and twisted arms. I wanted to do something cool that contributed back to the forum.

another practice mock up
We want to keep the images simplier then this for best results but I was amazed at how great it turned out for a first practice.

Faceplates are cut.

We spent last doing practice burns getting a feel for the wood.

I'll be posting in the For Sale section this evening.

The faceplates will be +3/32" instead of 1/8" making them easier to fit potentiometers using clone chassis due to the additional material thickness.
