Today's the day! I'm starting my Wreck build!!
I've been sitting on my ass for the last six months looking at all my parts sitting in a neat little pile. Well, I'm finally going to start drilling the chassis and circuit board. Prepare for the onslaught of questions.

Cool. I just finished my main turret board. I'm laying out the PS board right now.
What are you using for a chassis? I still need to order one.

I'm using a common hamond aluminum chassis that I got from www.tubesandmore.com
I see you're in Seattle. We should compare builds since I'm in Redmond.

Well. I went ahead and drilled this old box I got surplus. It is 17x10x3, so a little oversized, but I have room to try other things.
I live in Ballard, so it would be great to compare builds, seeing as I have never heard a real 'wreck. It would be interesting to see how our builds compare soundwise. I'd also be interested in hearing your plexi clones (I lurk on metroamp, and am jonesing to build one).
My email is hudson@speakeasy.net. I'm in Ballard.
