Rocket input

Post by ckpop »

Hey everyone. I cant remember but on ken's Rocket amp was the 33k input resistor on the V1 tube socket and shielded wire used from the input jack ? or was the 33K on the flea clip board without shielded wire.

Just wondering how the original input was done

Thanks

According to the layouts in the trainwreck file section the rocket input resistor is in the board and it doesn't use shielded wire, probably because there isn't alot of gain going on like in the liverpool or express.

No need for shielded wiring on the Rocket, put the 33k on the board.
