No, the guys at Two rock did not tell me "don't post it". I was told that they would "prefer" that I did not. Now maybe I'm getting more mello in my old age, but there is a definite difference to me when people ask nicely! They said they do not want to indirectly antagonize Ken Fischer, and I respect that.
I know that we all want as much info as possible for our builds, and that is why I put my e-mail address on the last posting. I will be glad to give out info on a one to one basis without using their proprietary drawings. But again, there was very little difference between their schematic and the Kelly '90 I've already posted. I know what that one sounds like already, so I'll probably build to the K90 specs for my own amp.
I don't want to incur any wrath from Ken, but much of this info is already in the public realm. And, as his amps are selling for thousands of $$ on EBay, if he wants to make more money,... MAKE MORE AMPS!!! It's obvious that people are still willing to pay big bucks for them.
The people on this site aren't in it to just copy the sound, it's also the satisfaction of building something for ourselves. And, I dare say that most of us eventually modify ANY design we find, to suit ourselves.

Thanks for the warning about the PT position. Equally odd to me is the fact that the chassis is about 2 1/2 inches to narrow for the cab, front to back, so one has to reach into the back to access the jacks and switches on it. It makes me think they didn't design the PT, chassis and cab together. For a premium amp, thats real dissappointing. I was told the chassis is anodized aluminum, not painted, which is a nice touch though.

I hope I didn't come across as rude. I just find Two Rock's practice questionable at best. They reverse engineer one of Ken's amps, obtain Ken's transformers from Pacfic without his authorization, and make money off the Ruby amps. Now they're worried about antagonizing Ken? Maybe they should have thought about that before they started.

With Ken's health, he is not able to build very many Trainwreck amps (if at all) and this is why he is designing them for Komet to build. BTW, Hogy mentioned on the Gear Page that they are coming out with a 50watt amp based on the Express!

I respect your wishes to have people email you directly. I think you are doing the right thing.
