different pot values

Hi, I currently have an Express-like clone with the tone controls wired according to the Data Sheet using the 1M bass and treble pots. I would like to try wiring the mid cap to the mid control (some variations are shown in the Files section) but they show the bass and treble pot value being 250k.
Would there be a problem in using the 1M pots instead? Thanks

The express used 1m your looking at the blue guitars file? Some of the versions in that file aren't confirmed as genuine but feel free to experiment. I like 500k volume pot for instance which was on a real wreck trudy
