It has two numbers stamped on it. 00249 is visible on the copper shield and underneath the Trainwreck sticker, is 10421, which seems like it might be a Pacific part number since the output transformer model is 11415....
I chatted with the tech rep at Pacific about this and he went to a little trouble to look up the 2 part numbers mentioned. Then he reported to me that these were numbers were in their system and are of similar specifications to the K&M Analog trannies that we are familiar with. It doesn't all jive since the power tranny is smaller physically and also rated at 250mA rather than the 300mA rating of the K&M part numbers. So I am not sure my conversation with Pacific adds anything but more fog to the picture.

250mA is fine for any of the Wreck's really. It's about the lowest I would go for a P-P EL34 design but for the EL84 stuff it's fine.
