Mike, Likely you didn't wire tranny wrong, seems fine from pics, probably more what Fowler was saying.

I'd also try testing for continuity/resistance with a multimeter from every point along the B+ line to see if there is a cold solder joint.

Thanx Mark,Do you know the best replacement and where I could get it fast for the tc-75,Mojo has a 22 uf -450 I think its a tad,That would be OK?

If not rjguitar, did you try allynmey? Can you get another brand locally 20-22uf/450-500v until a TV-75 cap comes in?

I've seen a few people griping about IC caps but I've personally had nothing but good experiences with them. YMMV .

I've got at least 5 builds with those caps some of them gigged for over 4 years and never had a problem either. Might be some disinformation from the sprague lovers (or Gerald Weber lovers) out there...

I just put some IC caps in an old Gibson GA-8T last week for someone and they worked out great.
