There should be a wire coming from the bias power supply going to a couple of 220k resistors on the board. Remove the wire going to the 2 220k resistors and solder it to the "Bias in" on the VVR board. Then run a new wire from the "bias out" on the board to the 2 220k resistors that you removed the original wire from.
