On the subject of attenuators, I bought the Dr. Z Lite (for combo use) unit and an Allessandro Muzzle. The Muzzle is pretty amazing in it's transparency and I'm completely of the opinion that I would get my tone and then use the muzzle to tamp any unwanted volume rather than add a MV to any amp that is as sensitive to signal as a Kenny design. The Dr. Z is perfect for use with Fenders when you want the amp on 7 but the room volume on 3.

I met George Allessandro through Kenny incidentally. I played one of his first batch of Redbone Coonhound amps. Haven't tried any of his later models. He's a demon for quality though and I like that.
