I just got off the phone with a good friend who tells me that he has just bought 60, yes 60 !, NOS Mullard EL34's !!!! These aren't the reissues, these are the real deal old stock. I have already reserved a couple of pairs, but we haven't been able to talk about prices as he keeps getting customers coming into his shop and dragging him away. A large number will be for sale, I'll post again when I know how much they will be. They are all going to matched up in pairs too.
I can't wait to try a pair in my Train 45

So......he believes they are xf2 production, I'll check that when I see them (I'm getting three pairs). He will be keeping some back, probably 5 or 10 pairs but that will leave at least 17 pairs available. The price is £160 per pair, tested up and matched. He has an AVO valve tester, so I've asked him to match them on mutual conductance as well as current draw.
They will be available through me, please contact me if you would like a pair, I'm sure they won't sit around for long.

According to my math this is $300.22 USD for the pair.
Any idea what shipping would be to the States?

Yes, shipping would be £10 for two or four valves, makes no difference. Shipping would be via the Post Office International Signed-For service with insurance. Usually this takes less than 5 days to the US.
You have me at a loss over the Lentz guitar, I've never owned one.
