Re: Some advice for old and young alike.

I too just had a BCC removed from my nose 2 weeks ago, same story I didn't look after myself in my younger years. The summers here are very hot and living close to the beach I was always down there sunbaking and now I'm 53 I'm paying for it. It's amazing how quickly they appear, mine started out as ...

Re: Saw Robben Ford and Michael Landau last night

I saw them 2 weeks ago in Perth.

Awesome and I got to meet them after the gig at a CD signing, good guys very friendly with everyone who was there.

A friend of mine was the guitarist in the support band and he said that the LP was a '54 Goldtop with after market minibucker PU's

Re: Robben Ford!

Best $65 bucks I ever spent. I think he was a bit pissed for 2 reasons, There was a guy near me using a flash on his camera (after they asked no one to use flash photography = DICKHEAD) And when he walked off stage after the encore he knocked Jimmy Haslip's Bass over and it hit he deck really hard a...

Re: Robben Ford!

It was the black one. There is a rumour that it was a clone and belonged to the guy who won the guitar. But he didn't know where the standy switch was and Robben had to show him, so who knows? But it did have Dumble Logo's on the head and Dumblator. I will ask my friend who was the guitarist in the ...

Re: Robben Ford!

I saw Renegade Creation last night, totally blown away. They bought a guy up onstage who had won a PRS from the music store that was promoting the tour. Not only did he get to play on song with them, but through Ford's Dumble. A win, win, win situation [IMG:1024:768]http://i686.photobucket.com/albums/...

I just bought a Les Paul R9 last month.
Do you think I should post it back to the US for evidence?

Re: Rack Mount Reverb/Delay sugguestions?

+1 on the G Major2
I have the older G Major and the 2 version is a much better unit.
Also I am using the 2 relays on my G major to switch channels on my amp as well.
Midi controller I use is a Rocktron Midi Mate, a bit big but you can program in song names in the display

Re: HRM, or No HRM

I did this the other day using the unused earth lift switch on the back panel.
I like it a lot. I might convert my amp to a non HRM
