I have this same issue with my express also, i didn't build the amp, anyone knows any tech in LA that can do this sort of fix?

i have met bill yates at his house, i asked him about this amp before, and he told me, he has not take any more repairs for this type of amp anymore.

so i don't think bill yates would be the guy. any other guy beside bill?

So to makes the story short, i had a clone that is build by my friend that when it finished build, it has hum when its on even without having any guitar plugged in.
