Filter Caps for #124 type build
So, I have been pouring over the photos, drawings and schematics of the #124 ODS. I gotta say, I am totally stoked that this stuff is out here. I moved my Twin power and output trannies to the ODS chassis I have and I am working on the tube sockets this week. I have a couple of eyelet boards that I ...

Re: 3 position half power switch
is it possible to wire a 3 position half power switch for a Ceriatone OTS with the first position being full power, the second position engages half power only on the OD channel and the third is half power on both channels thanks, JD Think that really depends on the switch. Of course you could use the Schematic He...

Re: Power Transformer and output transformers
markIV has that simu-class circuit the scheme looks like an ultralinear tranny but hooks to the plates of two differnt pairs of tubes opperating under differnt conditions...... you might have to visually trace the circuit to the tube plates I hadn't really thought about the simulclass bit. Then aga...

Power Transformer and output transformers
So, I am pretty new to the whole building/re-building of amps and really just wanted a new project in my life (heh, like I don't have enough going on). I recently purchased a Dumble ODS chassis from a guy on eBay who said he got from a guy off this forum. Very nice chassis, I might add. It came with...
