Don't know what your using to clean, but I found CRC electronic cleaner 05103 very good for cleaning flux when I get
through soldering. The older deposits may take more effort.

There is the "lost wax process". We used this method as an art student to make everything from jewelry to sculpture.
There is the modern method of going out and buying or contracting someone with a 3d printer. There are probably others but
can't think of any now.

According to Fender layout, output transformer leads (brown and blue wires)

David, if you have room in the chassis, a cradle type holder works well, or use an inline fuse holder if you don't won't to drill any holes and save space.

Good, my first post here. I finally feel like I can contribute something, even if it is just advice as to how I protect transformers. I like to put a slow blo fuse inline with the center tap of the PT and its ground. If I remember a .5 amp for a 2 x 6L6 amp, but this depends on tranformer rating. I ...
