I found the problem! A bad 1/4 watt. 100k dropping resistor R93 at V7. These rigs are not the most friendly to work on.

I loose the signal in this rig when it is switched to Lead/Overdrive. I checked the obvious fuses and tubes. I also checked to make sure all five relays were switching. I purchased the Optocoupler from Antique electronic supply and think I wired it correctly but do not know how to test it without removing it. Is this the suspect part?
