Re: troubleshooting bought trainwreck clone
okie dokie then chopsticking it is. Arrrgh... first timer for me. I'll report back on how it goes. It's just weird cause the owner said the amp was working fine before he shipped it. So I figured it was the tubes. Especially seeing as to how he told me the amp was wired by Moose. See you guys soon w...

Re: troubleshooting bought trainwreck clone
The amp *hums* when the guitar volume is all the way down. The other noise occurs when the guitar volume isn't closed. I "hear" the presence control being turned. Re: Brown Note D'Lite 22 (First Build w/Pix)
Doveman - yes I'm your son's friend. I'm pretty much set on building one of these babies now, though the 18Watt is still swimming around in the back of my mind somewhere hehe. 650 for a brownnote kit.... that's not too shabby, huh? I still want to play one of these first though.... Sorry I can't con...

Re: Brown Note D'Lite 22 (First Build w/Pix)
that's awesome! I listened to your clips on the brownnote forum, really sweet. I'll have to ask Mike if I could maybe come over some day and try her out? If you wouldn't mind?

Re: Late nights with Strat/Tele/Liverpool/Express/Van caper...
oh come on guys... you don't want to relive the night where this band of drunk rowdies spilled beer all over your precious pedalboard?
I most certainly do.
I want to kick them in the face.
Again.
