that TT OT has 2200ohm so it's ok for 6L6 , for EL34 you need 1700/at least 1900ohm primary.

Hi Franco, It depends on how you want to proceed, IMHO to set the trimmer of the phase inverter, you should have the final outputs perfectly matched in terms of transconductance, and an excellently made output transformer! otherwise the adjustment makes no sense.

If you have a good twist AC rail , I suggest to check all the PCB board solder ground joint. And re-adjust your lead dress
