Thanks Stephan!
Thanks Stephan. The swap OT wires to the output tubes worked on the 5F4 project I've been trouble shooting. The Coupe Deville is now rolling. I can now move on to the next one. Thank you Amp Garage!

Okinky, go by a BBQ kit and model heck out of it. The super you just have to crank to least at seven and let er rip. If it's too loud put in some low db pyle's ala Derek Trucks.

Good wood
The main question is "is it reeel purdy?". To me morning wood is the best. Down at the local spot out west here, being totally ignorant and an all up cheap guy. They always frown at me when I ask stupid questions. Same thing would happen when I would questions about amplifiers at repair shops. Now I...

Some where I have a bag full of the board parts. Now I'm thinking about just buying one of Niks boards complete, they l...

Layout question
Looking at the layout it appears on the switch pins 1-5 & 11-12 are tied together. But in the gut shots I'm not seeing that. Hate to renew this wind brake thread. But just hoping for clarification. Thanks Len

Excellent job.
Great job as usual Allyn, are you going to post more gut shots? Noticed you said "Loud" how LOUD? My wreck is extremely loud, I guess I better learn how to play guitar eh! I'm slowly gathering parts for the liverP now. Just down to a chassis & trannys. In the middle of some Leo work all of that will...

I saw him at San Diego State open air. We were down in front on his side, at that time he was definitely playing through a Marshall. The soundman must have been out when Frank lit it up. He blasted the whole dang place outta their seats. He just laughed and kept on wailing. One of the greatest shows...

Loss of output sound.
After trying a few more keyword searches I swapped out the 12AX7 for 5751 dropped the PI to an AT. Fired it up and played it a bit noticeable volume decrease not to bad a sound, but lossed the crank, then zip to a faint distortion sound. What'd I fry this time?????
