Re: Liverpool & Rocket - Recommended Speakers
Would a 100W Scumback speaker be a bad match, considering the Rocket is around 30W (IIRC)?

Re: Liverpool & Rocket - Recommended Speakers
Well, I'm building a Tele, so this project hasn't really gotten off the ground yet.
BUT..I found a really nicely priced, used 2x12, with a Greenback and GH30, open-back.
I think I'm gonna pick that up instead of doing the 1x12, BUT
does anyone have experience with a Scumback M75?

Re: Liverpool & Rocket - Recommended Speakers
A little more research done, and I think I've figured it out-
MatherCab OS 1x12 cab, black tolex, black grill, elliptical opening on the back.
Loaded with a Scumback H55.
I'm excited!

Re: Liverpool & Rocket - Recommended Speakers
Thanks guys. Good to hear some suggestions.
So, I might pick up one of those ported 1x12 Bogner Shiva cabs.
Found one local, at a great price and the build quality seems great too.
Anyone find a difference between open-back and closed-back cabs?
Do the TW circuits prefer one or the other?

Liverpool & Rocket - Recommended Speakers
I'm going to build both the Liverpool and the Rocket. They seem different enough to warrant having both. :) I'd like to go 1x12 for the speaker cab, to make it easy to lug around, but might end up going 2x12 with some mismatched speakers (ceramic/alnico) if everyone says that's the way to go. So I'm...

Re: Heritage Amplification patriot 2-12"cabinet or Holland
IIRC, Heritage Amps is out of biz.
Sad news indeed. They made great amps.
Their cabs were made by another company though-
www.mathercab.com or www.mathercabs.com will take you there.

Headshell Specs
I know they're here and I'm just missing them somehow..
I swear I previously found the specs for a TW headshell.
Could anyone post a link for me, or does anyone have one to share?
Thanks.
