What is the design of the choke tail suppoaed to achieve ? Never seen that before, its a choke attaches to the PI?

An interesting exp would be to mos the 2nd chan to a Suhr bella, whixh is also a dumble modded bandmaster inspired amp V1a 180k Rp Rk 2k7 bypasaesd with Ck 22uF Tone stack the aame, just 1MA bass pot with 10k mid pot Treble has 220k going into a master pot, probably 500kA or 1Ma V1b Rp 120k RK 1.8K ...

curious to hear this as i've just got a vintage bandmaster for repair, it sounds great, I guess those mods will make it a bit more drivey ? with an almost marshall PI and mixer resistors, bigger cathode caps... interesting
