Thanks to Jestaudio for posting the schematic. I was told by my customer that the Renegade he gave me to repair wasn't turning on. A quick look showed that the heaters were lighting up, so it was not going to be the ICL and unlikely to be the transformer. Ended up that C2 (filter on screen voltage) ...
