After reflowing the eyelet board and re wiring shielded cable from volume pot to v2....I have a working amplifier! Thanks for the help and replies all. Any further comments on voltages, lead dress, or anything are welcome and appreciated.

I used the bulb limiter on first power up and it all seemed good. I tried bypassing the input Jack thinking I had messed that up, but no luck. V1....
