After reflowing the eyelet board and re wiring shielded cable from volume pot to v2....I have a working amplifier! Thanks for the help and replies all. Any further comments on voltages, lead dress, or anything are welcome and appreciated.

Tweedle dee debug help
Greetings!! First time poster, long time lurker. My first build is not passing sound. Ceriatone tweedle dee kit, stock parts, known working preamp tubes. I used the bulb limiter on first power up and it all seemed good. I tried bypassing the input Jack thinking I had messed that up, but no luck. V1....
