Thanks for your reply, but that wasn't really my question. I was asking about if the amp has the channels switched to be in series, then the inputs are jumped, what happens. I think I've figured it out though, and the first cascaded channel is shorted, leaving only the second.

Hey all, Have any of you experimented with parallel/series switching with the 5E3 bright and normal channels? If the channels are jumpered at the inputs and the channels are switched to be in series, what happens? I imagine this is problematic but I'm not sure. Hope this has come up with some of you...
