Those 220 go to ground and definitely aren't grid stopper resistors. They aren't mandatory, but tend to help with oscillations and abuse to the power tubes. You could experiment with them installed, or without and see what you prefer. I'm not speaking of the Ez-50 itself, just general use case for ...

I have verified there are 1k5/2w grid resistors to the power tubes.

Thanks for the schematic! On this schematic there are no 1.5k grid stopers befere the power tubes. Is that ok?
Maby because the Master Volume? Any thoughts?

Ha, the strong low end comes primarily from a linear taper tone controls; once the standard taper pots are fitted, the resultant tone ends up much more in the ballpark of user expectation. However, even then the tone seems more 'solid' than regular BFs; my guess is that the extra B+ node and 47uF B...
