Re: Tom Mitchell - Mitchell Pro 100
The only thing visible is the tube sockets, tubes, some metal cap looking things (with springs in them?) If you twist those metal cap looking things a little, it should unlatch them from their bases to reveal, taaa-daaaa, your preamp tubes. Yeah, I know. That is why there is a spring in there to ke...

Re: Tom Mitchell - Mitchell Pro 100
im going to retract my offer, this thread is so far off of xtians OP start a new thread, unless you are discussing xtians build, kind of rude  Ok, if I only knew what you were talking about, lol. I thought this thread was specifically about the Mitchell PRO 100, as the title suggests? OH crap...

Re: Tom Mitchell - Mitchell Pro 100
Torn Cone, I just sent you some pics of this thing in a private message to see if this thing is worth cleaning up and selling in your opinion. I may just post what I have in the way of pics and the video and see if anyone wants it as-is, but would like your opinion first. Thanks

Re: Tom Mitchell - Mitchell Pro 100
I don't see any corrosion externally, aged metal with some staining yes, but internally I guess will be the real concern. Re: Tom Mitchell - Mitchell Pro 100
I would prefer to post some good pics first before considering it worth anything. Its HEAVY and does not look all that great, to me anyway. Must be expensive to ship as well, wow. Anyway, I will find the for sale thread and post some pics and maybe see if I get offers, lol... Just looking at the Man...

Re: Found Mitchell PRO 100
I found one of these Mitchell PRO 100's in the attic today. <snip> Can someone tell me if this would be worth cleaning up and selling on Craigslist or eBay please? Or is it worthless and I just take it to the dump? Since I am an electronics tech, is there something I can do with it to make it more ...

Found Mitchell PRO 100
I sure hope this isn't against any rules but I found one of these Mitchell PRO 100's in the attic today. It says Mitchell PRO 100 on the front of it but I did not touch it because of the dust on it. Will clean it up later if I can figure out if its worth it or not. I vaguely remember back in 1997-19...
